| On October 5, Tallinn Chamber Orchestra will open its new concert season with concert at the House of the Blackheads at 7 pm. The program includes the premiere performance of new work by Tõnu Kõrvits. A Song for the Friends for string orchestra is dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Tallinn Chamber Orchestra. Additionally, Music for Strings by Heino Eller, Piano Concerto No. 1 by Dmitri Shostakovitch (featuring soloist Sten Lassmann) and Serenade for Strings by Pyotr Tchaikovsky will be performed under the guidance of Risto Joost, the principal conductor of Tallinn Chamber Orchestra. |
