Pille Lill Music Fund’s concerts in October

In October, Pille Lill Music Fund’s concert series Master School and Music of the Soul will continue.

October 2 at 4 pm, Master School presents Pille Lill and Tallinn Saxophone Quartet performing music by Antonio Vivaldi, Pedro Iturralde and John Kander in Astangu School in Sillamäe. Two Concerts with music by Bela Bartók, Manuel de Falla and Olivier Messian are given by Kristina Kriit (violin) and Diana Liiv (piano) on October 8 in Tõrva Church-Chamber hall and on October 10 in Tartu University’s hall. Ralf Taal is playing Ludvig van Beethoven’s and Johannes Brahms’s pieces in Narva Castle on the October 8. Anna-Liisa Bezrodny (violin) and Jelena Fomina (piano) are performing music by Max Bruch in Valga Music School on October 15. Ida Teppo (violin), Andreas Lend (cello) and Jelena Fomina (piano) are playing Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s and Jules Conusi´s music in Rakvere Gymnasium’s hall on October 16.

Concerts of the series Music of the Soul will take place on October 4 at 4 pm in Türi St. Martin’s Lutheran Church and at 7 pm in Käru Church where Nils Rõõmussaar (oboe) and Ulla Krigul (organ) are playing music by Johann Pachelbel, Johann Sebastian Bach and Brahms. On October 22, Madis Kari (clarinet) and Tiia Tenno (organ) are playing Bach’s, Mozart’s and Igor Stravinsky’s music in Otepää Cultural Centre. In Häädemeeste Music School Danae Taamal (violin), Andreas Lend (cello) and Jelena Fomina (piano) are performing music by Brahms, Heino Eller and Eugene Ysaye on October 23.

In October 30, Nanae Yoshimura is playing Japanese traditional music in Tartu Conference Centre Athena.
