Hillar Aleksander Vimberg
February 9, 1962 Kohtla-JärveSinger, musician and composer Hillar Vimberg has studied in Tallinn Polytechnic School (1977–1981) and wind orchestra conducting in Viljandi Culture School (1983–1986). In 2000, Vimberg graduated from the Tallinn Polytechnic School as a Telecommunications Specialist, after which he went to study to University of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy.
He has been a guitarist and singer of ensemble Silver (1983–1997), soloist in ensembles Swingiklubi and Mood (2010), being active as a restaurant musician, sung in different choirs and played in several wind orchestras.
The main part of his worklist is formed by songs, also he has written two symphonies and an organ concerto.
