In January, the concert series Academic Chamber Music will continue with two and Concerts in the Art Hall with one concert which are both organized by the Association of Estonian Professional Musicians.
On January 10, harpsichord players Ene Nael and Kristiina Are have a concert entitled A Journey to Spain where they are performing music by Antonio de Cabezón, Luigi Boccherini, Domenico Scarlatti, Manuel de Falla, Antonio Soler etc. Violinist Niina Murdvee, clarinet player Vello Sakkos and pianist Natalia Sakkos will perform on January 24. The program includes pieces by Urmas Sisask, Manuel de Falla, Darius Milhaud and Nino Rota. Both concerts will take place at Kadrioru Palace at 6 pm.
On January 18 at 5 pm, Ivo Lille (saxophone) and Jorma Toots (piano) will perform at Tallinn Art Hall Gallery. The program consists of music by Estonian composers – Hillar Kareva, Eduard Tubin and Mihkel Kerem.
