From March 21 to 23, Estonian National Male Choir under conduction of Kaspar Mänd will give three concerts which are dedicated to the 150th anniversary of Estonian poet Juhan Liiv. The program consists of Estonian choral music composed on texts by Juhan Liiv by Evald Aav, Gustav Ernesaks, Liisa Hirsch, Cyrillus Kreek, Ester Mägi, Mart Saar, Peep Sarapik, Eduard Tubin, Veljo Tormis and Pärt Uusberg. The choral music will be interwoven by readings read by actor Kaspar Velberg. Concerts will be held within the series “Music to Estonia” on March 21 at 7 pm at Mooste Manor, March 22 at 4 pm at Cultural Centre in Kuusalu and March 23 at 3 pm at Alatskivi Secondary School.
