Concert of University of Southern Mississippi presents Estonian choral music

On May 1, concert entitled “Future Stars and Kreek’s Notebook by Kõrvits” will take place in Main Street Baptist Chruch in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. The University of Southern Mississippi School of  Music symphony season finale presents the program of Estonian music performed by choir and orchestra under the baton of Gregory A. Fuller: Tõnu Kõrvits’s Reflections From a Plain Land and Kreek’s Notebook, Cyrillus Kreek’s Awake, My Heart and Galina Grigorjeva’s Nox vitae. Estonian Music Information Centre was glad to introduce Estonian music to Gregory A. Fuller, Director of Choral Activities of the University of Southern Mississippi, who visited us for several times last year. Composer Tõnu Kõrvits will be present at the concert.
