Lamentatio for saxophone quartet was in the program of Meitar Ensemble concert in The Israel Conservatory of Music, Tel Aviv on April 3. Lighthouse for string orchestra was performed in KlaipÄda Concert Hall, Latvia on April 5, at the concert of Sinfonietta RÄ«ga under the baton of Normunds ŠnÄ. From April 5 to 8, Tüür’s The Path and the Traces was played at the concert Gewaltakt by Ensemble Reflektor under the direction of Thomas Klug for four evenings in Germany:

On April 23, Kristiina Poska will be in front of Helsingborg Symphony Orchestra in Helsingborg Concert Hall, conducting Erkki-Sven Tüür’s Symphony No. 8. Olari Elts conducts this week concerts in Seattle with Seattle Symphony Orchestra (April 13 and 15), program including Sergey Rachmaninov’s Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini, Symphonic Dances, Op. 45 and the U.S. premiere of Erkki-Sven Tüür’s De Profundis. Insula deserta for strings will be performed by Nürnberger Symphoniker in Nürnberg Meistersingerhalles on April 29, conductor is Lars Vogt.
